On November 6, 2019, Kees van Ginkel (Deltares) took part to the Decision Making under Deep Uncertainty Society’s Annual Meeting in Delft, The Netherlands, presenting the paper “River flood disruptions of the European road network: a tipping point for Europe?” including results from COACCH WP2 and WP3.

The event triggered interesting discussions on tipping points, limits to resilience of road transport infrastructure and transformative adaptation in the face of accelerating sea level rise.
